Science in the Glen is back – and its shaping up to be a great day! We have got rockets you can make and launch, a mini railway you can sit on and cups of tea – what more could you want?

Join the Rocketeers to launch real rockets

Midlothian Ranger Service, with Dalkeith and Esk Valley Rotary Clubs and Edinburgh University Dirty Weekenders:
Displays & Bulb/tree planting
Friends of Roslin Glen:
Plant walk, by Peter Morris a senior lecturer and Botanist from Heriot Watt University.
Talk on Invasive Species and how to manage them.
Refreshment stand – tea and coffee with buns and cakes (fundraising)
Esk Valley Model Engineering Club:
Narrow gauge railway with steam/electric trains and a series of displays.
Fife Museum of Communications:
Displays and interactive activities related to communications through time.
Renewable Devices:
